Mantlr is an independent design resources directory and job listing aggregator. We curate and aggregate design resources, tools, templates, and job listings from third-party sources. Mantlr is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruitment firm. We do not create, verify, or endorse any third-party content displayed on our platform.

Job listings displayed on Mantlr are aggregated from third-party platforms including but not limited to RemoteOK, Remotive, Dribbble, and WeWorkRemotely. Mantlr does not:

• (a) verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of any job listing;
• (b) guarantee employment or job placement;
• (c) act as an employer, agent, or representative of any company posting jobs;
• (d) screen, interview, or evaluate candidates.

All job applications are redirected to the original source. You acknowledge that Mantlr has no control over the hiring process, employment terms, or any interactions between you and prospective employers.

Design resources, tools, and templates listed on Mantlr are the property of their respective creators and owners. Mantlr does not host, distribute, or claim ownership of any listed resources. Links redirect to the original source. Licensing terms for each resource are determined by the respective creator or platform.

All content original to Mantlr — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand elements, blog articles, category descriptions, and curation — is the property of Mantlr and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

You agree not to:

• (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• (b) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Mantlr without prior written consent;
• (c) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service;
• (d) reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without express permission.

Mantlr contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mantlr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mantlr and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• (d) any third-party conduct on the Service.

If you are a content owner or employer and wish to have your listing removed from Mantlr, please contact us at hello@mantlr.com. We honor all removal requests within 48 hours.

Mantlr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
