1. Overview
Mantlr respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Mantlr website.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through Mantlr infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:
- (a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- (b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- (c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Service where the material can be found;
- (d) Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- (e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- (f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- (a) Your physical or electronic signature;
- (b) Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
- (c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- (d) Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.
5. Removal Policy
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Mantlr will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours
- Notify the content provider or user (if applicable)
- In appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of repeat infringers
6. Good Faith
Mantlr reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, with or without a formal DMCA notice, if we believe in good faith that the content infringes third-party rights.
7. Job Listing Removal
For removal of aggregated job listings, a formal DMCA notice is not required. Simply email contact@mantlr.com with the listing URL and we will remove it within 48 hours. See our Removal Request page for details.
